We had the pleasure of staying at your facility this weekend. Our group was composed of my wife and I, our son and his wife, and three grandsons. We had a very enjoyable experience in spite of the weather.

I wanted to take this opportunity to compliment you on your facilities and staff. We found the pool to be very refreshing after a hot, hot heat. All of the staff were extremely courteous and helpful, and we were very pleased with the cleanliness of the showers and restrooms. We stayed in the tent area and were amazed that the porta potty was cleaner than the flush toilets in some campgrounds.

People always write letters to complain, but, seldom to compliment so I wanted to take this opportunity to compliment. Again, thank you for a delightful experience and you will definitely see us again!

From our family to yours, we would like to Thank you for your friendly hospitality during our vacation. We had such a great time and Cross Creek is like heaven on earth. It is really hard to find a place to take the whole family and have something for all of us to enjoy. But Cross Creek does. We will definitely see you again next summer if not sooner. Hello, I wanted to drop a note letting you know about our stay. We stayed in the Redbud cabin. I must say that it was one of the most enjoyable stays we have had at a campground. It was peaceful and beautiful. Everyone was so nice. Oh yes and the bathroom/shower room was clean! That was awesome to me. I just wanted to say thank you very much. I will and have recommended your campground.

On behalf of my family, I would like to thank you for a wonderful weekend we had camping at your campground. I have camped all over the United States for the last 30 years and I have not enjoyed any campground as much. Everyone was so nice! I had my grandchildren with me and was pleased to experience a wonderful safe family environment. We all enjoyed the concert on Saturday night. Next time we will try to attend the Karaoke on Fridays. We will definitely be back.

Unfortunately tomorrow reality sinks in as I have to return to work. On a side note, if you ever decide to sell your campground, I would be interested.

We enjoyed our stay there. We hope to see you again someday. This is from the overweight guy that was losing his hair; he had a pretty wife and three really good kids. He was in a pop up with a hound dog, and drove a brown van with a rabbit lodged in the grille. My kids won’t forget our stay.

This correspondence is to advise that our vacation was exceptional primarily due to the hospitality that you and your staff displayed toward our family.

As recognition of our fun, I have been passing out your brochure to the local bank, city hall and all the other businesses in Whittemore. Hopefully, you can get enough business to give a “Whittemore” discount in the future when people call. Tomorrow, I will be having breakfast with the Mayor and other business leaders in the community and will hand out more brochures.

Finally, we had inadvertently pilfered your key to the tree house #3. Please find that enclosed and hope that it did not cause too much inconvenience.
